NEEDLE FELTED CRITTERS

Needle felted animals made from alpaca fiber

My needle felted critters  made from alpaca fiber are one of my favorites.
I have black bears, mini schnauzers and rabbits.

These critters are made from the alpaca fiber I don’t use for yarn. I take special orders as well.

I will be at the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival .
It is also a border collie trial and yes I will have border collie felted critters. We will also have matching owner and pet alpaca fiber boggins.

Look for WindSong Hills Alpacas and Mini Schnauzers and “The Abby Sisters Designs” and you will find the sisters.

Raw alpaca fiber in various natural colors. Our 100% hand spun alpaca yarn in various natural colors are available year round.
Natural dyes will be used this year for color.

Some colors are made from carding two fleeces of different colors. Such as white and black to make gray .

ORGANIC HERBS

Packaged crushed organic herbs from Windsong Hills Alpacas

Our herbs are totally organic. I grow them using alpaca compost. I have fresh cut from May until October. I have dry herbs hanging in the fiber room all year long. Please e-mail me at thecajunlpn@earthlink.net for availability.

Packaged or bulk herbs can be ordered any time of the year.  Fresh culinary and fragrant herbs grown organically are stronger than herbs purchased off the shelf. Recipes will not require as much due to the freshness. Go organic from “The Abby Sisters Designs”.

HOW TO GROW HERBS

1. Put your burlap sack in a flower pot.
2. Open sack and pour compost into the sack.
3. Place seeds into the compost.
4. Water seeds and place pot in a sunny window.
5. Water once aweek and watch the seeds grow.
6. You may need to thin the growth to 3 to 4 plants.
